A guided augmented-reality scan: sweep the room slowly and tap the gold crosshair on each wall corner. The app measures the room from camera motion.

Whichever mode you use, the result is the same private vault: items pinned to your floor plan, serial numbers captured by OCR, and one-tap police & insurance reports. Dimensions from the Camera + AR mode are flagged as estimates in reports, so your documentation stays honest.
